The san telmo weekend market, a road closed pedestrian mall where bands play sporatic shows and venders have layed out their quilts in the street. There are antiques, plastic action heros, mate goards, lots of mate goards, jewlrey, paintings, peacock feathered pens. There is a constant crowd moving through, half pace. There are more tourists here than there are locals, half of the poeple were speaking english, one lady with a giant microphone, mp3 player, headhphones and a camera. she was standing in the road trying to flag down a taxi without any luck and she seemed to be getting angry.
